Statement — Het toevoegen van schoonheid, verfijning en verstilling in de leefomgeving van anderen is mijn missie. Bio — Ik heb o.a. tentoongesteld in het Coda (Apeldoorn), Rijswijks Museum, het Gorkums Museum (Gorinchem), Künstlerforum (Bonn), Kunstruimte KuuB (Utrecht), Arti et Amicitiae (Amsterdam), Stadhuis Utrecht, het College ter Beoordeling van Geneesmiddelen (Utrecht), SBK Amsterdam-zuid en vele andere locaties. Sinds 2014 is er een verschuiving van exposeren naar het maken van site-specific werk in opdracht. De laatste jaren heb ik mij erop toegelegd om dmv materiaalonderzoek te komen tot een transparantere lamel met nog steeds voldoende kleurexpressie en daarnaast het tegengaan van cirkelachtige figuren die ontstaan als je transparante lagen stof dichtbij elkaar hangt.
I’ve shown at, among others, the Coda (Apeldoorn, The Netherlands), Rijswijks Museum (Rijswijk, The Netherlands), the Gorkums Museum (Gorinchem, The Netherlands), Künstlerforum (Bonn, Germany), Kunstruimte KuuB (Utrecht, The Netherlands), Arti et Amicitiae (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), City hall Utrecht (The Netherlands), the Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG) (Utrecht, The Netherlands), SBK Amsterdam-zuid (The Netherlands), and many other locations. Since 2014, there has been a shift from exhibiting to creating site-specific commissioned work. In recent years, I have focused on using material research to achieve a more transparent slat that still retains sufficient color expression, and on counteracting the circular patterns that arise when hanging transparent layers of regularly woven fabric close together.

2024 — Opdracht verticale jaloezie voor 10e penning Administraties, Maartensdijk.
2023 — Groepsexpositie ‘Moments of transformation’ in Dutch Design Hotel Artemis, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Onderdeel van Glue Amsterdam. Te zien waren ‘Sample4‘ en ‘Sample3‘.
2022 — Opdracht verticale jaloezie voor een particulier, Groningen, The Netherlands.
